Visualizations
A visualization turns project data and assets into an animated ranking. A project can contain multiple visualizations with different presentation, playback, and publication settings.
Create and edit
Open a project's Visualizations section and create a visualization. Select the data mapping, visible line count, timing, colors, layout, labels, and project assets needed by the presentation. Save meaningful checkpoints while editing.
Preview
Use preview to inspect the animation without publishing it. Check the start, middle, and end of playback as well as long labels, tied or missing values, small screens, dark and light presentation where relevant, and loading transitions.
Publish
Draft visualizations are not available to public viewers. Publishing makes the configured visualization available at its public location. Recheck data, attribution, title, and visual appearance before publishing; later saved changes can affect what viewers see.
Embed
After publication, open Embed to copy the responsive embed code. Depending on the workspace plan, you can restrict allowed HTTP or HTTPS origins and inspect embed analytics. An empty allowed-origin list permits any website. Test the final embed on the destination site.
Thumbnail
Choose the playback time represented by the saved thumbnail. Generated thumbnail and hover media reflect the visualization's persistent canvas presentation, including configured attribution and playback controls. Regenerate it after changes that materially alter the appearance.
