Workspaces
A workspace is the ownership and access boundary for projects. It keeps members, plan features, settings, MCP connections, and usage together.
Personal and team workspaces
A personal workspace is suited to individual work. Team workspaces support shared ownership and collaboration. Use the workspace switcher to move between spaces; each workspace has its own projects and settings.
Roles
| Role | Typical access |
|---|---|
| Owner | Controls the workspace, plan, members, and ownership-sensitive actions. |
| Admin | Manages workspace work and members where permitted. |
| Member | Works with projects they can access without workspace administration. |
Project-level access can narrow what a workspace member may see or change. The interface is the source of truth for the actions available to your current role.
Members and settings
Open a workspace and use Users to review or manage membership. Use Settings for workspace configuration and plan-dependent integrations. Transfer ownership before leaving or closing a team workspace when the interface requires it.
Plans and locked workspaces
Plan features apply to the workspace, not globally to the account. If a workspace is write-locked, you can inspect existing work but cannot make changes until the plan or billing state is resolved. RankGlide shows a warning when this applies.
